Level of nursing knowledge in the care of polytraumatized patients in the CMI Pedro A. López Guillén-Lima, 2020

Abstract

This research proposal has been developed within the line of research on Nursing Care in Emergencies and Disasters and focuses on the level of knowledge that nursing staff must have to care for polytraumatized patients, in order to provide them with qualified, humanized care according to their needs, thus contributing to reducing probable sequelae or trauma given their vulnerable situation. Objective: to determine the level of nursing knowledge in the care of polytraumatized patients at the Pedro A. López Guillén CMI - Lima, 2020. Materials and methods: the research has a quantitative, applied approach, with a descriptive, cross-sectional design. The population is 30 members of the nursing staff who work at the Pedro A. López Guillén Maternal and Child Center and the instrument is the questionnaire.

Esta propuesta investigativa se ha desarrollado dentro de la línea de investigación del Cuidado enfermero en emergencias y desastres y se centra en el nivel de conocimientos que debe tener el personal de enfermería para la atención a pacientes politraumatizados, a fin de brindarles una atención cualificada, humanizada y acorde a sus necesidades, contribuyendo así a reducir probables secuelas o traumas dada su vulnerable situación. Objetivo: determinar el nivel de conocimiento de enfermería en la atención del paciente politraumatizado en el CMI Pedro A. López Guillén – Lima, 2020 Materiales y métodos: la investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, con diseño descriptivo, de corte transversal. la población es de 30 miembros del personal de enfermería que trabajan en el Centro Materno Infantil Pedro A. López Guillén y el instrumento el cuestionario.
