Knowledge and attitudes of inmates towards the nursing care process in a private university of Lima 2023

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between level of knowledge and attitudes of inmates towards the nursing care process, using the Standardized Nursing Language in a private university in Lima, 2023. Material and method: hypothetical deductive method, approach is Quantitative, type applied, with observational study research design, descriptive correlational, cross-sectional. The population is made up of 450 nursing interns from the Norbert Wiener University of the 5th academic year 2023. The sample is 150 interns. Sampling will be simple random. Information collection was carried out by applying two questionnaires, with prior informed consent. Results are determined in the results corresponding to the attitudes of the inmates with the general concepts dimension, which is found with an average level of 44% with positive attitudes, which can be evidenced in the results corresponding to the attitudes of the inmates with the dimension stages which has an average level of 51%, that is, they have positive attitudes, finally the level of knowledge in the inmates is average with 47% and positive attitudes. Conclusions The attitudes of the 9th cycle nursing interns at the Norbert Wiener University based on the general concepts are at a medium level, stages are at a medium level, knowledge is medium and the attitudes are positive.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre nivel de conocimientos y actitudes de los internos hacia el proceso atención de enfermería, utilizando el Lenguaje Estandarizado de Enfermería en una universidad privada de Lima, 2023.Material y método: método hipotético deductivo, enfoque es Cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, con diseño de investigación estudio observacional, Descriptivo correlacional, corte transversal. La población está conformada por 450 internos de enfermería de la universidad Norbert Wiener del 5º año académico 2023, La muestra es de150 internos. El muestreo será de tipo aleatorio simple. La recolección de información se realizó aplicando dos cuestionarios, previo consentimiento informado. Resultados se determina en los resultados correspondientes a las actitudes de los internos con la dimensión conceptos generales el cual se encuentra con un nivel medio de 44% con actitudes positivas, si mismo se puede evidenciar en los resultados correspondientes a las actitudes de los internos con la dimensión etapas el cual se encuentra con un nivel medio de 51% es decir, tienen actitudes positivas, por ultimo el nivel de conocimientos en los internos es medio con un 47% y las actitudes positivas. Conclusiones Las actitudes de los interno de 9º ciclo de enfermería de la Universidad Norbert Wiener en base los conceptos generales se encuentra en un nivel medio, etapas se encuentra con un nivel medio, conocimientos medio y las actitudes son positivas.
