Occupational risk in nursing staff working in the sterilization center of a hospital in Lima, 2020

Abstract

The present study was descriptive, cross-sectional, the objective of which was to determine the level of occupational risk to which nursing staff working in a Hospital in Lima, 2020, are exposed. The sample population consisted of 30 nursing staff, the The method used was the survey, the technique to measure the study variable was the questionnaire and the instrument used to collect data was the questionnaire developed by Zaida Navarro (2010). Which was modified and subject to Expert Judgment by the author. A pilot test was carried out with 34 nursing personnel, which gave a validation result of 80% and a reliability of 80.4%. The data were entered into a matrix table prepared in the statistical software SPSS 24.0.

El presente estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, transversal, cuyo objetivo fue determinar el nivel de riesgo laboral al que se encuentran expuestos el personal de enfermería que trabajan en un Hospital de Lima, 2020. La población muestral estuvo constituida por 30 personal de enfermería, el método que se utilizó fue la encuesta, la técnica para medir la variable de estudio fue el cuestionario y el instrumento que se utilizó para la recolección de datos fue el cuestionario elaborado por Zaida Navarro (2010). Que fue modificada y supeditada a Juicio de Expertos por la autora. Se realizó prueba piloto con 34personal de enfermería la cual dio como resultado de validación un 80% y como confiabilidad de un 80.4% Los datos fueron ingresados a una tabla matriz elaborada en el software estadístico SPSS 24.0
