Effect of physical training on the distance traveled in post-mortem patients. Covid of the Respirando2 Center, Lima 2023

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of physical training on the distance covered by post-COVID patients at the Respirando2 respiratory therapy center. A physical training program was designed, and the 6-minute walk test was used to measure the effects on the distance covered. The conclusion was that physical training is capable of generating significant changes in the distance covered and its cardiac, respiratory, and functional physical components, improving the quality of life of post-COVID patients.

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el efecto del entrenamiento físico en la distancia recorrida en pacientes post covid del centro de terapia respiratoria Respirando2, se diseño un programa de entrenamiento físico y se utilizó el Test de caminata de 6 minutos para medir los efectos sobre la distancia recorrida, teniendo como conclusión que el entrenamiento físico es capaz de generar cambios significativos en la distancia recorrida y sus componentes cardíaco, respiratorio y físico funcional, mejorando la calidad de vida de pacientes post COVID.
