Gestión del conocimiento y toma de decisiones, Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima, Perú 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo: Establecer la relación entre gestión de conocimiento y toma de decisiones de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima, 2023. Para ello, se desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo de nivel relacional con diseño no experimental. En cuanto, a la muestra se conformó por 90 colaboradores de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima, y respecto a los instrumentos fueron dos cuestionarios de 31 y 18 ítems respectivamente con escala de Likert, y estos fueron validados por cinco expertos en el tema de gestión pública. Con relación al estudio de confiabilidad fue por “Alfa de Cronbach”, obteniendo coeficientes superiores a 0.7, esto corroboró que los instrumentos eran idóneos. Asimismo, mediante el “Rho de Spearman” se obtuvo un (r = 0.590) y un (p = 0.000), siendo inferior a 0.05, por ende, se aceptó la H1. En suma, existe relación estadística significativa entre la gestión del conocimiento con la toma de decisiones en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima, Perú 2023.

The present thesis has had as object of study Establishing the relationship between knowledge management and organization in decision-making Superior Court of Justice of Lima, 2023. For which a study has been developed under a quantitative approach of relational level with nonexperimental design. The study sample consisted of 60 employees of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima. As instruments, two questionnaires of 31 and 18 items respectively with a Likert scale were used, which were validated by five experts in public management and in the reliability analysis. Cronbach's Alpha coefficients greater than 0.7 were obtained, which allowed us to affirm that the instruments were adequate for the application. After statistical processing, by using the "Pearson's Coefficient" test, a correlational value (r = 0.590) was obtained by finding and a value of (p = 0.000) as significance of the test, the latter being less than the allowed limit error. of 0.05, which allowed accepting H1. In this sense, there is a significant statistical relationship between knowledge management with decision-making in the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, Peru 2023.
