The objective of this research is: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of the health promotion and prevention of occupational diseases program in the workplace, Materials and Methods: it was a Systematic Review with an observational and retrospective research design, as it is an essential tool to systematize the results of various scientific investigations. Evidence-based nursing is characterized by its rigorous methodology, identifying select studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. The present investigation has been limited to articles specific to the research topic, the selected articles were subjected to rigorous analysis and reading, the grade system was used to determine the strength of recommendation. Results: For this research, 10 scientific articles with the highest level of evidence were selected. Conclusions: According to the research analyzed, the health promotion program in the workplace is effective in preventing occupational diseases.
Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo: Sistematizar las evidencias sobre la efectividad del programa de promoción de la salud y prevención de enfermedades ocupacionales en el lugar de trabajo, Materiales y Métodos: fue una Revisión Sistemática con un diseño de investigación observacional y retrospectivo, por ser una herramienta esencial para sistematizar los resultados de varias investigaciones científicas. La enfermería basada en la evidencia se caracteriza por su rigurosa metodología, identifica estudios selectos para responder interrogantes específicos de la práctica clínica. La presente investigación se ha limitado a artículos específicos al tema de investigación, los artículos seleccionados se sometieron a un análisis y riguroso de lectura, se utilizó el sistema grade para determinar la fuerza de recomendación. Resultados: Para la presente investigación se seleccionaron 10 artículos científicos de mayor nivel de evidencia. Conclusiones: Según las investigaciones analizadas el programa de promoción de la salud en el lugar de trabajo es eficaz en la prevención de enfermedades ocupacionales.
