Pain management applied by the nurse and satisfaction of the traumatized patient in the emergency service of the Suarez Angamos III Hospital, Lima 2023

Abstract

To determine the relationship that exists between the pain management applied by the nurse and the satisfaction of the traumatized patient in the Emergency Service of the Hospital Suárez Angamos III, Lima 2022. The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, type correlational descriptive, and non-experimental design. The population will consist of 900 trauma patients and the sample will be 269 trauma patients. The data collection technique will be the survey. To evaluate the variable "Pain management", the questionnaire adapted by Alarcón De La Cruz Katherine Esthefany and Llanos Jame Sandra Natalia will be used, in 2019 reliable by Cronbach's Alpha of 0.860 and to evaluate the variable "Patient satisfaction”, the questionnaire adapted by Canzio Meneses Cecilia Zarela will be applied in 2019, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha of 0.799. It will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be according to its distribution through parametric (Pearson's Correlation) or non-parametric (Spearman's Rho correlation) statistical tests.

Determina la relación que existe entre el manejo del dolor que aplica el enfermero y la satisfacción del paciente traumatizado en el Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Suárez Angamos III, Lima 2022. El método será hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo correlacional, y diseño no experimental. La población estará constituida por 900 pacientes traumatizados y la muestra será de 269 pacientes traumatizados. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Para evaluar la variable “Manejo del dolor”, se utilizará el cuestionario adaptado por Alarcón De La Cruz Katherine Esthefany y Llanos Jame Sandra Natalia, en el 2019 confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach de 0.860 y para evaluar la variable “Satisfacción del paciente”, se aplicará el cuestionario adaptado por Canzio Meneses Cecilia Zarela, en el 2019, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach de 0.799. Se realizará mediante técnicas descriptivas y frecuencias expresadas en porcentajes, el análisis estadístico será según sea su distribución a través de pruebas estadísticas paramétricas (Correlación de Pearson) o no paramétricas (Correlación Rho de Spearman).
