Humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction in a hospital in Metropolitan Lima 2023

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between humanized care and patient satisfaction in a national hospital in Metropolitan Lima 2023. In relation to the methodology, a hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, applied type and nonexperimental design was used. The data collection instrument used was the questionnaire, which was applied to a sample of 80 patients in a national hospital in Metropolitan Lima 2023. Spearman's Rho test was used to find the hypothesis test. The results showed that there is a Rho value of 0.835 between humanized care and user satisfaction. The conclusions indicated that there is a positive and significant correlation between the variables mentioned.

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar cómo se relaciona el cuidado humanizado y la satisfacción del paciente en un hospital nacional de Lima Metropolitana 2023. En relación a la metodología, se empleó un método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicado y diseño no experimental. El instrumento de recolección de la información que se empleó fue el cuestionario; del cual, fue aplicado a una muestra conformada por 80 pacientes en un hospital nacional de Lima Metropolitana 2023. Se empleó la prueba Rho de Spearman para hallar la prueba de hipótesis. Los resultados demostraron que existe un valor Rho de 0.835 entre el cuidado humanizado y satisfacción del usuario. Las conclusiones señalaron que existe una correlación positiva y significativa entre las variables mencionadas.
