Workload and job satisfaction of the Nursing Professional at Chancay Hospital, 2022.

Abstract

Objective: "To determine the relationship between workload and job satisfaction of nursing professionals" at Chancay Hospital, 2022. Population and sample: Made up of 91 nurses from the hospitalization area, convenience probabilistic sampling will be applied, with an applied thesis type, deductive, observational, descriptive and transversal method, with a correlational design. The method to be used will be a survey and the Instruments: To measure the variable "Workload" it was developed by De Arco in 2005 and adapted by Campos in 2018, and the Font-Roja Job Satisfaction modified in 2017 by Lizárraga and Panez. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out using statistical methods. The study will be presented through tables and graphs showing the results and conclusions reached using Spearman's Rho to verify the hypothesis posed in the study.

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre carga laboral y la satisfacción laboral del Enfermería” del Hospital de Chancay, 2022. Población y muestra: Conformada por 91 enfermeras del área de hospitalización, se aplicará el muestreo probabilístico por conveniencia, con tipo de tesis aplicada, método deductivo, observacional, descriptivo y transversal, de diseño correlacional. El método que se utilizará será una encuesta y los Instrumentos: Para medir la variable “Carga Laboral” fue elaborado por de Arco en el 2005 y adaptado por Campos en el año 2018, y la Satisfacción Laboral de Font-Roja modificado en el 2017 por Lizárraga y Panez. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se realizará utilizando métodos estadísticos. Se presentará el estudio a través de tablas y gráficos mostrando los resultados y conclusiones a las que se llegó utilizando el Rho de Spearman para poder comprobar la hipótesis planteada en el estudio.
