Self-care and quality of life in patients of the hemodialysis service at the Regional Teaching Hospital of Tropical Medicine “Julio Cesar Demarini Caro” Chanchamayo - 2023

Abstract

The objective of this research work will be to determine how self-care is related to quality of life in patients in the hemodialysis service. The type of research will be applied, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, correlational design, the technique to be used will be the survey, to determine self-care a questionnaire that is made up of 21 questions will be used and for quality of life another questionnaire of 20 questions will be used. , both instruments are validated by three expert judges and with a reliability of .935 Cronbach's alpha for the first instrument and .993 Cronbach's alpha for the second instrument. The analysis of the data obtained will be carried out using the SSSPS Statistic program and Microsoft Excel for the statistical tables. In the result, the correlation of the variables will be evaluated using Pearson's correlation coefficient that will establish the relationship between the variables studied

El presente trabajo de investigación tendrá como objetivo Determinar como el autocuidado está relacionado con la calidad de vida en pacientes del servicio de hemodiálisis. El tipo de investigación será aplicada, con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, correlacional, la técnica a utilizar será la encuesta, para determinar el autocuidado se empleara un cuestionario que está conformada por 21 preguntas y para la calidad de vida otro cuestionario de 20 preguntas, ambos instrumentos se encuentran validados por tres jueces expertos y con una confiabilidad ,935 de alfa de Cronbach para el primer instrumento y ,993 alfa de Cronbach para el segundo instrumento. El análisis de los datos obtenidos se realizará utilizando el programa SSSPS Statistic y Microsoft Excel para los cuadros estadísticos. en el resultado se evaluará la correlación de las variables mediante coeficiente de correlación de Pearson que establecerá la relación entre las variables estudiadas
