Stress level and its relationship with job satisfaction in the nurse of a public hospital, Callao 2023

Abstract

The objective of the research project will be: “Determine the relationship between the level of stress and job satisfaction in nurses at a public hospital, Callao 2023.” Quantitative, correlational, and cross-sectional study. Census sample consisting of 110 nursing professionals who work in hospitalization wards. The technique to be used will be the survey. Instruments: Nursing Stress Scale-11 (NSS-11) with a Spearman rho of 0.904 and a Cronbach's alpha of 0.815; and the g_clinic Questionnaire with a Pearson r of 0.4 and Cronbach's alpha of 0.75. The corresponding statistical tests will be used to confirm the hypotheses. For the processing and analysis of the data collected, the latest version of the SPSS Statistic program and Microsoft Excel software will be used.

El proyecto de investigación tendrá como objetivo: “Determinar la relación del nivel de estrés con la satisfacción laboral en el enfermero de un hospital público, Callao 2023”. Estudio cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal. Muestra censal constituída por 110 profesionales enfermeros que laboran en las salas de hospitalización. La técnica a utilizar será la encuesta. Instrumentos: Escala de Estrés de Enfermería-11 (NSS-11) con un rho Spearman de 0,904 y un alfa de Cronbach de 0,815; y, el Cuestionario g_clinic con un r de Pearson de 0,4 y con alfa de Cronbach de 0,75. Se utilizarán las pruebas estadísticas correspondientes para confirmar las hipótesis. Para el procesamiento y analisis de los datos recabados se utilizará la última versión del programa SPSS Statistic y del sofware Microsoft Excel.
