Work risk and work stress in the nursing staff of the sterilization center of the public hospital of Huacho, 2022

Abstract

The present study aims Objective: To determine the relationship between occupational risk and stress risk in the nursing staff of the sterilization central of the public hospitals of Huacho, 2022”., Methods: the focus of the research is quantitative, correlational level scope, cross section, of nonexperimental design; the sample conformed by forty nurses, the technique used was the survey, employed two questionnaires the first for the occupational risk variable with 26 questions and with the reliability of 0.840 , the second for the occupational stress variable 23 questions and a reliability of 0.914. Both instruments were performed with Cronbach alpha reliability .

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre riesgo laboral y estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería de la central de esterilización de los hospitales públicos de Huacho, 2022. Material y método: La investigación responde al método hipotético deductivo, tiene enfoque cuantitativo, es aplicada, de corte transversal, diseño no experimental. La población y muestra conformada de 40, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y de instrumentos dos cuestionarios; uno para riesgo laboral y otro para estrés laboral. Se hizo validez de contenido y se sometió a juicio de expertos. Se encontró confiabilidad aplicando el coeficiente de confiabilidad de Alfa de Crombach, obteniendo un valor de 0.840 y para la segunda un valor de 0.914. El procesamiento de datos se hizo haciendo uso de paquetes estadístico para las ciencias sociales. (SPSS) Versión 22.0. Asimismo, de hizo uso de Excel para Windows 16. En el vaciado de datos de acuerdo con una matriz estructurada como base de datos en relación al instrumento de medición
