Working conditions and work stress of nursing staff in the emergency service of Hospital Ii De Lima Este - 2021

Abstract

Labor conditions are elements that can have negative consequences on work and the professional performance development of nurses. On the other hand, work stress occurs when a nurse faces certain demands during the execution of their work. The objective will be to determine how labor conditions relate to work stress among the nursing staff in the Emergency Service. This research has a quantitative approach, is correlational in nature, and follows a non-experimental design. The population and census sample participating in the research will consist of the nursing staff working in the Emergency Service.

Las condiciones laborales son elementos que pueden tener consecuencias negativas en el trabajo y en el desarrollo del desempeño profesional del enfermero. Por otro lado, el estrés laboral ocurre cuando el enfermero debe hacer frente a ciertas exigencias durante el desarrollo de su trabajo. El objetivo será determinar cómo las condiciones laborales se relacionan con el estrés laboral del personal de enfermería del servicio de Emergencia, esta investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional y de diseño no experimental. La población y muestra censal que participará en la investigación son el personal de enfermería que laboran en el servicio de Emergencia.
