Knowledge and practice on biosafety standards of the nursing staff in the surgical center service of the Santa Rosa Hospital - Lima 2022.

Abstract

Determine the relationship that exists between the level of knowledge and practice on biosafety standards of the nursing staff of the surgical center service of the Santa Rosa Hospital, Lima 2022. Material and method: The research responds to the deductive method because it will describe in detail the problem to be investigated, of a quantitative, correlational, and applied type, the population that constitutes it makes a total of 35 nurses from the surgical center service of the Santa Rosa Hospital Lima 2022, a questionnaire consisting of 14 questions will be used as an instrument and the second instrument is the checklist and consists of 15 dichotomous questions, its content validity was made and submitted to expert judgment, reliability was found by applying Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient obtaining a value of 0.817 and for the checklist 0.810. Data processing was done using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22.0, and Excel for Windows 2016 was also used to empty data according to a structured matrix as a database in relation to the measuring instrument.

Determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento y práctica sobre normas de bioseguridad del personal de enfermería del servicio de centro quirúrgico del hospital Santa Rosa, Lima 2022.Material y método: la investigación responde al método deductivo porque describirá detalladamente el problema a investigar, de tipo cuantitativo, correlacional, y aplicada, la población que la constituyen hacen un total de 35 enfermeras del servicio de centro quirúrgico del hospital santa rosa lima 2022, se utilizara como instrumento un cuestionario que consta de 14 preguntas y el segundo instrumento es la lista de cotejo y consta de 15 preguntas dicotómicas, se hizo su validez de contenido y se sometió a juicio de expertos, se encontró la confiabilidad aplicando el coeficiente de confiabilidad alfa de crombach obteniendo un valor de 0.817 y para la lista de cotejo 0.810. El procesamiento de datos se hizo haciendo uso del paquete estadístico para las ciencias sociales (SPSS) versión 22.0, asimismo se hizo uso del Excel para Windows 2016 en el vaciado de datos de acuerdo a una matriz estructurada como base de datos en relación al instrumento de medición.
