Psychosocial risk factors and professional burnout in the nursing care staff of the community mental health centers of Callao, 2023

Abstract

The objective of this research project is to “determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and professional burnout in the nursing care staff of the Community Mental Health Centers of Callao, 2023.” It has a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and transversal design. The sample will be 80 healthcare professionals from the CSMC- Callao, to whom two instruments will be applied, one of psychosocial risk factors and professional burnout, the instrument of the psychosocial risk factors variable was validated by the judgment of 3 experts and was obtained a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient = 0.856, likewise the professional burnout instrument was also validated by the judgment of 3 experts and a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.838 was obtained, which determines to be applicable and of high reliability, this was carried out in the Rojas Katherine's research in 2021, on the other hand, the data obtained will be tabulated in Microsoft Excel 2019 to later carry out the data analysis in SPSS V.17 and the normality test will be applied, if the sample does not have a normal distribution, it will be The non-parametric Spearman's Rho statistic will be applied.

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo “determinar la relación de los factores de riesgo psicosocial y desgaste profesional en el personal asistencial de enfermería de los Centros de Salud Mental Comunitarios del Callao, 2023”. Es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, descriptivo, correlacional y transversal. La muestra será de 80 profesionales asistenciales del CSMC- Callao, a quienes se les aplicará dos instrumentos, uno de factores de riesgo psicosocial y de desgaste profesional, el instrumento de la variable factores de riesgo psicosocial fue validado por juicio de 3 expertos y se obtuvo un coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach = 0.856, igualmente el instrumento de desgaste profesional fue también validado por juicio de 3 expertos y se obtuvo un coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.838, lo que determina ser aplicable y de alta confiabilidad, esto fue realizado en la investigación de Rojas Katherine en el año 2021, por otro lado, los datos obtenidos serán tabulados en Microsoft Excel 2019 para posteriormente realizar el análisis de datos en SPSS V.17 y se aplicará la prueba de normalidad, si la muestra no tiene distribución normal se aplicará el estadístico no paramétrico Rho de Spearman
