Síndrome de burnout y satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería en centro quirúrgico de un hospital del Minsa de Lima, 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Síndrome de burnout y satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería en un centro quirúrgico de un hospital del MINSA de Lima, 2023.” fue planteada con el objetivo de establecer la relación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y la Satisfacción Laboral. Metodología: se llevará a cabo mediante el enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional. Muestra: 92 personal de enfermería. Instrumentos: se empleará el cuestionario Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Services - MBI-HSS, que mide el agotamiento emocional, despersonalización y baja realización personal, en 22 preguntas; y el cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral SL-SPC que evalúa siete dimensiones: Condiciones Físicas y/o Materiales; Beneficios Laborales y/o Remunerativos; Políticas Administrativas; Relaciones Sociales; Desarrollo Personal; Desempeño de Tareas y Relación con la Autoridad a través de 36 preguntas. Ambos instrumentos fueron validados mediante juicio de expertos por los propios autores del instrumento como por investigadores que emplearon el instrumento. De igual manera, ambos instrumentos poseen confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach igual a 0.78 y 0.79 respectivamente.

The present research titled “Burnout syndrome and job satisfaction of nursing staff at the surgical center of the hospital the MINSA in Lima, 2023” was proposed with the objective of establishing the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and Job Satisfaction. Methodology: it will be carried out through the quantitative approach of non-experimental design and correlational level. Sample: 92 nursing staff. Instruments: The Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Services - MBI-HSS questionnaire will be used, which measures emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low personal achievement, in 22 questions; and the SL-SPC Job Satisfaction questionnaire that evaluates seven dimensions: Physical Conditions and/or Materials; Labor and/or Remunerative Benefits; Administrative Policies; Social relationships; Personal development; Task Performance and Relationship with Authority through 36 questions. Both instruments were validated through expert judgment by the authors of the instrument themselves and by researchers who used the instrument. Likewise, both instruments have Cronbach's Alpha reliability equal to 0.78 and 0.79 respectively.
