Resumen
Objective: To determine the relationship that exists between "Human Talent Management and Job Performance of healthcare staff". Methodology: It will be a hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, applied type, observational design that will detail how the management of human talent can favor or negatively contribute to job performance and the influence of the variables and their relationship. It will be Correlational for its 2 variables. Descriptive because it will see the characteristics and tendencies of the group to be investigated. Population: The study group will be the healthcare staff, a total of 60 people where there will be nursing graduates, the nursing technician, from the Medical-Surgical service of a military hospital in Lima 2021. In the sample, due to being a small population, it will be the entire healthcare group. Data collection techniques and instruments: Surveys for its two variables, which will be through the Likert scale, instruments already validated and with results from high to excellent in Cronbach's Alpha. Statistical analysis: They will be classified and taken to the SPSS format in order to interpret the problem posed by means of tables and graphs and Rho Spearman will be used to correlate the variables.
Resumen
"Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la “Gestión del Talento Humano y Desempeño laboral del personal asistencial”. Metodología: Será de método deductivo hipotético, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño observacional detallará cómo la dirección del talento humano puede favorecer o contribuir negativamente en el rendimiento laboral y la influencia de las variables y su relación. Será Correlacional por sus 2 variables. Descriptiva porque verá las características y tendencias del grupo a investigar. Población: Grupo de estudio será el personal asistencial, en total 60 personas donde estarán las licenciadas de enfermería, el técnico de enfermería, del servicio Médico- Quirúrgico de un Hospital castrense en Lima 2021 en la muestra, por ser población reducida, será todo el grupo asistencial. Técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos: Encuestas para sus dos variables, las cuales serán a través de la escala de Likert, instrumentos ya validados y con resultados de alto a excelente en el Alfa de Cronbach. Análisis estadísticos: Se clasificarán y se llevarán al formato SPSS a fin de interpretar el problema planteado por medio de cuadros y gráficas y para correlación de las variables se usará Rho Spearman."
