Quality of care and level of anxiety in surgical patients in hospitalization in surgery at a national hospital at level III, 2023

Abstract

The study is entitled "Quality of care and level of anxiety in surgical patients in surgical hospitalization in a National Hospital at level III, 2023". Objective: To determine the relationship between quality of care and level of anxiety in surgical patients in surgery at a national hospital at level III, 2023. Material and Method: descriptive, quantitative and correlational. It will consist of 1500 patients; The sample consisted of 306 patients. The collection of the study will measure the variables of the study, quality of care will be measured in 17 questions in three dimensions: humanized, technical and interpersonal care and level of anxiety will be measured in 20 questions in three dimensions: somatic aspect, affective aspect and cognitive aspect. The results will be presented through the system by means of statistical argumentation in Excel Microsoft 2013 and a computer program in version 25.0 in SPSS in tables, graphs.

El estudio lleva por título “Calidad del cuidado y nivel de ansiedad en el paciente quirúrgico en hospitalización en cirugía en un hospital Nacional en nivel III, 2023”. Objetivo: Determinar la relación de calidad del cuidado con nivel de ansiedad en el paciente quirúrgico en hospitalización en cirugía en un hospital Nacional en nivel III, 2023. Material y Método: descriptivo, cuantitativo y correlacional. Estará constituida 1500 pacientes; muestra es 306 pacientes. Se emplea la recolección de los a través de 2 cuestionarios medirán del estudio sus variables, calidad del cuidado medirá en 17 preguntas en tres dimensiones: cuidado humanizado, técnica e interpersonal y nivel de ansiedad medirá en 20 preguntas en tres dimensiones: aspecto somático, aspecto afectivo y aspecto cognitivo. Se presentarán los resultados mediante el sistema por medio argumentación estadísticos en Excel Microsoft 2013 y un programa informático en versión 25.0 en SPSS en tablas, gráficos.
