Objective: To analyze the relationship between the quality of life and the work performance of the nursing professional in the Surgical Center of the Arzobispo Loayza Lima Hospital, 2023. Methodological Design: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, cross-sectional and non-experimental design. correlationalscope. Population: The population is made up of all Nursing graduates who currently work in the Surgical Center service of the Arzobispo Loayza Lima National Hospital, made up of 87 people; It will be by probabilistic sampling, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. Technique: the survey will be used in its questionnaire modality and an observation sheet. Instruments: Instrument: CVL-HP Questionnaire Version: For the development of this instrument, the Q. Labor 56 scale was used, composed of 10 subscales and 56 questions, based on the CVT scale. The Gohisalo consisted of 74 items, plus the CVL-SA 8000 scale, which was used as a basis for selecting and grouping the item variables due to its easy-to-understand dimensional classification, resulting in the first version of the CVL-Scale. HP, questionnaire. Adapted to the final version of the survey, which contains 55 questions. Instrument: Evaluation sheet that measures Work performance. Form of administration: direct individual observation. Description: Contains 20 items to which values are assigned from 1 to 5 according to the evaluator's criteria. Statistical processing and data analysis: Descriptive techniques will be applied to evaluate the frequency distribution of the variables and dimensions; and an inferential analysis will be carried out to test the hypothesis using the Spearman's Rho case of Pearson.
Resumen
El propósito de este estudio radica en Analizar la relación de la calidad de vida con el desempeño laboral del profesional de enfermería en el Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza Lima, 2023. El método será hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental transversal y de alcance correlacional. Población: La población está conformada por todos los licenciados de Enfermería que actualmente laboran en el servicio de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza Lima, conformada por 87 personas; será por muestreo probabilístico, aplicando criterio de inclusión y exclusión. La obtención de datos se llevará a cabo mediante pruebas estadísticas, con el objetivo de respaldar y demostrar la hipótesis planteada. Dado que se trata de una investigación de naturaleza cuantitativa, el énfasis recae en los datos estadísticos que fundamentan este enfoque. Adicionalmente, se efectuará un análisis estadístico que permitirá examinar los patrones de proceder de los fenómenos y problemas que se van a detallar. En cuanto al tipo de estudio, se clasifica como analítico, correlacional, y se inscribe en un diseño no experimental de naturaleza transversal y prospectiva
