Care provided by the mother against post-vaccine reactions in children under one year of age from the immunization service of the Santa Rosa Hospital - 2019

Abstract

Care has an educational profile of relating to an individual, it makes him conceive as a duty to care, respect and take personal responsibility, between two people with their own dimension in which values, knowledge, dedication, commitment, service vocation. Caring is looking after the well-being of the other person and is inherent to human nature, in such a way that an individual is capable of worrying about the risk that the other person suffers some harm or increasing their well-being, health professionals They have this principle as the foundation of their work, taking into account the needs and/or weaknesses of the patients, in order to carry out actions that ensure the physical, spiritual, emotional, and social well-being of the individuals under their care, in especially if they are minors. Immunization is a fundamental part of the human right to good health. Vaccination prevents death between 2 to 3 million people each year according to the global action plan. Materials and Methods: Research approach and design. The present study has a quantitative approach, non-experimental or observational design, descriptive cross-sectional, since it allows the research to be shown completely acquired in a given time and space. Population, Sample and Sampling: The population was organized by 100 mothers of children under twelve months of age who belong to the Broad Immunization program. Participants were selected taking into account the analysis of interest, including inclusion and exclusion criteria.

El cuidado tiene un perfil educativo de relacionarse con un individuo, hace que él conciba como un deber el cuidar, respetar y tomar una responsabilidad personal, entre dos personas con una dimensión propia en el que se involucran los valores, conocimiento, entrega, compromiso, vocación de servicio. El cuidar es velar por el bienestar de la otra persona y es inherente a la naturaleza humana, de tal manera que un individuo es capaz de preocuparse por el riesgo de que la otra persona sufra algún perjuicio o de incrementar su bienestar, los profesionales de salud tienen este principio como fundamento de su labor, tomando en cuenta las necesidades y/o debilidades de los pacientes, para de esta manera llevar a cabo acciones que aseguren el bienestar físico, espiritual, emocional, social de los individuos objeto de su atención, en especial si son menores de edad. La inmunización es parte fundamental del derecho humano a una buena salud. La vacunación, permite evitar la muerte entre 2 a 3 millones de personas cada año según el plan de acción mundial. Materiales y Métodos: Enfoque y diseño de investigación. El presente estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental u observacional, descriptivo de corte transversal, ya que permite mostrar la investigación totalmente adquirido en un tiempo y espacio determinado. Población, Muestra y Muestreo: La población fue organizada por 100 madres de niños (as) menores de doce meses que pertenecen al programa Amplio de Inmunizaciones. Los participantes fueron seleccionados teniendo en cuenta al análisis de interés, incluyendo criterios de inclusión y exclusión.
