Quality of nursing care and its relationship with patient satisfaction in the emergency service of the private clinic, Lima-2022

Abstract

The emergency area is a critical area of ​​every hospital center, always needing quick, timely and effective care; This is due to the high health risk condition for which people come, which is why the quality of nursing care becomes relevant, having to also be timely, continuous and permanent for the rapid solution of patients' problems. patients and anyone who needs help. For this reason, the study aims to “determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the level of patient satisfaction in the emergency service of the Good Hope Clinic, Lima-2022.” The research method will be Hypothetical-deductive, the type will be applied, the proposed design will be Non-experimental, transversal and correlational. The population will consist of 280 patients and the sample will consist of 162 users who come to the Good Hope Clinic emergency service on the day. Two instruments will be applied; the “Nursing Care Quality Questionnaire” and the “CARE-Q Care Satisfaction Questionnaire” (Caring Assessment Questionnaire). To carry out the statistical part As part of the statistics, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test will be carried out, to know if the Spearman Rho correlation test or Pearson's Chi square will be used.

El área de emergencias es una zona critica de todo centro hospitalario, necesitando siempre que se haga una atención rápido, oportuna y eficaz; esto debido por la alta condición de riesgo en la salud por la que acuden las personas, es por ello por lo que la calidad del cuidado de enfermería toma relevancia, teniendo que ser también oportuno, continuo y permanente para la rápida solución de problemas de los pacientes y de todo aquel que necesite auxilio. Es por ello que, el estudio tiene por objetivo “determinar la relación entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y el nivel de satisfacción del paciente en el servicio de emergencias de la Clínica Good Hope, Lima-2022”. El método de investigación será Hipotético-deductivo, el tipo será aplicada, el diseño planteado será No experimental, transversal y correlacional. La población estará constituida por 280 pacientes y la muestra por 162 usuarios que acuden del servicio de emergencia Clínica Good Hope en el día. Se aplicará dos instrumentos; el “Cuestionario de la Calidad del cuidado de enfermería” y el “Cuestionario de Satisfacción del cuidado CARE-Q” (Caring Assessment Questionnaire).
