Work stress and performance of workers in a textile factory in Comas, 2023

Abstract

Objective: Determine how work stress is related to performance in workers in a textile factory. Methodology: study with hypothetical method - deductive, non-experimental, applied type, correlational, cross-sectional, quantitative; the population is made up of 140 workers and its sample of 97 operational personnel. Data collection technique: a questionnaire will be applied per variable. Data analysis: the data will be analyzed with the support of the SPSS 21 Software where the information of each instrument will be recorded and will allow the acquisition of correlation graphs between each variable and dimension by means of Spearman's coefficient.

Objetivo: Determinar como el estrés laboral se relaciona con el desempeño en trabajadores de una fábrica textil. Metodología: estudio con método hipotético – deductivo, no experimental, tipo aplicada, correlacional, transversal, cuantitativo; la población se conforma en 140 trabajadores y su muestra de 97 personales operativos. Técnica de recolección de datos: se aplicará un cuestionario por variable. Análisis de datos: se analizará los datos con el soporte del Software SPSS 21 donde se registrará la información de cada instrumento y permitirá adquirir gráficos de correlación entre cada variable y dimensión por medio del coeficiente de Spearman.
