Quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the hemodialysis unit of a private clinic in Lima, 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determining how quality caring nurse is relationated with patient satisfaction hemodialysis unit of a private center in Lima. Methodology: The research to be applied in terms of the type will be applied, what refers to the approach to be considered would corresponding the quantitative, and design would be at non experimental, observational, and of the strong correlational level, in terms in these cut it will correspond to the cross to sectional one. Population and Sample: These population would be on 75 patients, which would be determinining for the investigator's conveniencing of non one probabilistic sampling. Technique and Instruments: Regarding this technique would being used, it being on survey and psychometric tools or instruments to be used have being correspond to the Care Q and SERVQHOS questionnaires, what have being modify and to adapting to the population with renal involvement. It is specified these have a reliability of Cronbach's Alpha with values equivalent 0.89 and 0.93 coa-respectively. Data analysis and processing: The collected information would being treated in excel template for the corresponding control and classification, and type of relationship these exists between variables evaluating in the study would being established, apply the so called non parametric inferential statistics through the chi square test.

Objetivo: Determinar cómo la calidad del cuidado enfermero se relaciona con la satisfacción del paciente que asiste a la unidad de hemodiálisis de un centro asistencial privado de Lima. Metodología: La pesquisa a aplicarse en cuanto al tipo será la aplicada, lo referente al enfoque a plantearse corresponde al cuantitativo, y el diseño no experimental, observacional, y de nivel correlacional, en cuanto al corte corresponderá al transversal. Población y Muestra: Se encontrará constituida por 75 pacientes, la que será determinada por conveniencia del investigador a través del muestreo no probabilístico. Técnica e Instrumentos: Respecto de la técnica a emplearse corresponde a la encuesta y los instrumentos psicométricos a utilizarse corresponderán a los cuestionarios Care Q y SERVQHOS, ambos modificados y adaptados a individuos con insuficiencia renal. Se precisa que estos disponen de una confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach con valores equivalentes a 0,89 y 0,93 respectivamente. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: La información relevada se tratará en una plantilla excel para el control y clasificación correspondiente, y se establecerá el tipo de relación que existe entre las variables evaluadas en el estudio, aplicándose la denominada estadística inferencial no paramétrica por intermedio de la prueba de Chi Cuadrado.
