Quality of nursing care and its relationship with the attitude of the patient with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis in Diris Lima Sur 2022.

Abstract

Determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the attitude of the patient with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis in the DIRIS LIMA SUR, 2022. Material and method: This research has a quantitative approach, because data collection is used to demonstrate the hypothesis based on statistical analysis and the analysis of the qualities or attributes described to determine the results of the behavioral models in a population. Population, are multidrug-resistant tuberculosis patients, in the period from June to December 2022 in the DIRIS LIMA SUR, having a total population of 134 patients. To measure the Quality of Nursing Care, a quality instrument will be used, with three dimensions of 28 items in total, Interpersonal dimension with 8 items, Technical dimension with 15 items and Environmental dimension with 5 items, with reliability of a Cronbach's alpha of 0.839 and validity 0.93. To measure the second variable, the questionnaire on attitudes of patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis will be used. It consists of 26 items distributed in three dimensions: cognitive attitude with 6 items, affective dimension with 10 items and behavioral attitude with 10 items, with a reliability index by Cronbach's alpha of 0.863 for the total of the same. To measure the relationship between the variables, Spearman's rank correlation was used.

Determinar cuál es la relación entre la calidad del cuidado enfermero y la actitud del paciente con tuberculosis multidrogoresistente en la DIRIS LIMA SUR, 2022. Material y método: Esta investigación tiene enfoque cuantitativo, porque se utiliza la recolección de datos para hacer la demostración de la hipótesis sustentado en el análisis estadístico y el análisis de las cualidades o atributos descritos para determinar los resultados de los modelos de conducta en una población. Población, son los pacientes de tuberculosis multidrogoresistentes, en el periodo comprendido de junio a diciembre del 2022 en la DIRIS LIMA SUR, teniendo una población total de 134 pacientes. Para medir Calidad del Cuidado enfermero se usará un instrumento de calidad, con tres dimensiones de 28 ítems en total, Dimensión interpersonal con 8 ítems, Dimensión técnica con 15 ítems y Dimensión entorno con 5 ítems, con confiabilidad de un alfa de Cronbach de 0.839 y validez 0.93. Para medir la segunda variable se usará el cuestionario de actitudes del paciente con tuberculosis pulmonar multidrogoresiste que consta de 26 ítems distribuidos en tres dimensiones. Actitud cognitiva con 6 ítems, Dimensión afectiva con 10 ítems y actitud conductual con 10 ítems, con un índice de confiabilidad por alfa de Cronbach de 0.863 para el total de la misma. Para la medición en la relación entre las variable se utilizó la correlación de rangos Spearman.
