Humanized care of the nursing professional in ostomized patients of the surgery service of the Daniel Alcides Carrion National Hospital - 2020

Abstract

The patient's perception regarding the quality of humanized care is useful for health-providing establishments, allowing them to know, analyze, evaluate and establish methods of perfection aimed at humanized care. Regarding the methodology, it is a quantitative, descriptive study with a non-experimental design, the population is made up of 30 ostomy patients who were hospitalized in the General Surgery service 1 and 2 of the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital during the months of October - December 2020; and that they meet the exclusion and inclusion guidelines. The technique used to collect data is the survey. The questionnaire made up of 4 dimensions such as; phenomenological, interaction, scientific and human needs. Likewise, it is made up of 18 items, with a Likert-style measurement scale considering always (5), almost always (4), sometimes (3), almost never (2) and never (1), their measurement levels. They are classified as high (score of 67 to 90), medium (score of 43 to 66) and low (score of 18 to 42). For the reliability of the instrument, it was applied to 30 ostomy patients; a statistical analysis was performed using Cronbach's Alpha, obtaining a result of 0.957, which indicates that it is highly reliable.

La percepción del paciente respecto a calidad del cuidado humanizado es útil para los establecimientos prestadores de salud, permitiéndolos conocer, analizar, evaluar y establecer métodos de perfección orientados al cuidado humanizado. En cuanto a la metodología es un estudio Cuantitativo, descriptivo y de diseño no experimental, la población está constituida por 30 pacientes ostomizados el cual se hospitalizaron en el servicio de Cirugía general 1 y 2 del Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión durante los meses Octubre - diciembre del 2020; y que cumplen con las pautas de exclusión e inclusión. La técnica empleada para la recolección de datos es la encuesta. Se utilizará como instrumento el cuestionario conformado por 4 dimensiones tales como; fenomenológica, interacción, científica y necesidades humanas. Así mismo, está conformada por 18 Ítems, con una escala de medición de estilo Likert considerando siempre (5), casi siempre (4), algunas veces (3), casi nunca (2) y nunca (1), sus niveles de medición se clasifican entre alto (puntaje de 67 a 90), medio (puntaje de 43 a 66) y bajo (puntaje de 18 a 42). Para la confiabilidad del instrumento se aplicó en 30 pacientes ostomizados, se realizó un análisis estadístico mediante el Alpha de Cronbach obteniendo como resultado 0.957, lo cual indica que es altamente confiable.
