Knowledge of ergonomics and its relationship with musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff of the surgical center in a private clinic in Lima, 2023

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge of ergonomics and its relationship with musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff of the Surgical Center in a private clinic in Lima, 2023. Methodology: The methodological design outlined for this objective will be based on a type of applied, experimental, cross-sectional and correlational research, which will be considered as a population of 80 professionals working in the surgical center. The validation is based on the work of Cabrera et al. (2021) for the variable "knowledge of ergonomics" and the work of León (2022) for the variable "musculoskeletal disorders". The reliability for variable 1, was performed using Cronbach's Alpha test, whose results gave a reliability value of 0.852 and for variable 2 a pilot test using Cronbach's Alpha which obtained as a result 0.981; which showed that it was applicable and reliable. The data obtained will be coded with the Microsoft Excel 2019 software using a matrix and then in the SPSS version 25 program the data will be exported for statistical analysis using Spearman's R correlational coefficient test.

El presente estudio tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el conocimiento de ergonomía y su relación con los trastornos musculo esqueléticos en el personal de enfermería del Centro Quirúrgico en una Clínica Privada de Lima, 2023. Metodología: El diseño metodológico trazado para este objetivo se basará en un tipo de investigación aplicada, experimental, transversal y correlacional, lo cual se considerará como población a 80 profesionales que laboran en el centro quirúrgico. La validación esta por cuenta del trabajo de Cabrera et al. (2021) para la variable “conocimiento de ergonomía” y el trabajo de León (2022) para la variable “trastornos musculo esqueléticos”. La confiabilidad para la variable 1, se realizó mediante la prueba de Alfa de Cronbach, cuyos resultados dieron un valor de confiabilidad de 0,852 y para la variable 2 una prueba piloto utilizando Alfa de Cronbach el cual obtuvo como resultado 0.981; lo cual demostró que era aplicable y confiable. Los datos obtenidos se codificarán con el programa informático Microsoft Excel 2019 mediante una matriz y, seguidamente en el programa SPSS versión 25 se exportarán los datos para su análisis estadístico mediante la prueba de coeficiente correlacional R de Spearman
