Quality of nursing care and user satisfaction level in the emergency service of a specialized hospital, 2022

Abstract

The objective of this project is to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the level of user satisfaction in the Emergency Service of a specialized hospital, 2022; It is also a study with a quantitative approach, a hypothetical/deductive method, a basic type of correlational descriptive level and a non-experimental cross-sectional design; It will be applied to a sample of 110 obtained by the equation of finite populations, from a population of 154 users of the Emergency Service of a specialized hospital, 2022, using two instruments: a questionnaire for the quality of nursing care and another for satisfaction. of the user, the statistics will be descriptive (stanin test) and Spearman's Rho correlation, with an interpretation of findings through evidence from tables and graphs in order to determine the association of the stated hypotheses; finding whether or not there is an association between the study variables.

El presente proyecto tiene el objetivo de determinar qué relación existe entre la calidad de atención de enfermería y el nivel satisfacción del usuario en el Servicio de Emergencia de un hospital especializado, 2022; asimismo es un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de método hipotético/deductivo, de tipo básica de nivel descriptivo correlacional y un diseño no experimental de corte transversal; se aplicará a una muestra de 110 obtenida por la ecuación de poblaciones finitas, de una población de 154 usuarios del Servicio de Emergencia de un hospital especializado, 2022, mediante dos instrumentos: un cuestionario para la calidad de atención de enfermería y otro para la satisfacción del usuario, la estadística será de manera descriptiva (prueba de estaninos) y la correlación de Rho de Spearman, con una interpretación de hallazgos por evidencia de tablas y gráficos a fin de determinar la asociación de las hipótesis expuestas; encontrando si existe o no asociación entre las variables de estudio.
