Effectiveness of a nursing educational intervention for the integration into the family and community of the patient with psychiatric disorder

Abstract

Introduction: The WHO, visualizing the gap in community psychiatric treatments, promotes the global mental health action program by giving recommendations based on evidence and available treatments, so that health providers can assist without the need for a specialty. Objective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of a nursing educational intervention for the integration of patients with psychiatric disorders into the community. Methodology: Systematic review of the 8 scientific articles found that analyzed as the main topic the effectiveness of an educational nursing intervention. nursing for the integration of the psychiatric patient into the family and community, were found in the following database, Cochrace, Scielo, PubMed, Medline, all of them were located according to a grade scale to identify their strength and quality of evidence.

Introducción: La OMS visualizando la brecha en los tratamientos psiquiátricos comunitarios, promueve el programa de acción mundial de la salud mental dando recomendaciones basadas en evidencias y tratamientos disponibles, así mismo los proveedores de salud puedan asistir sin necesidad de la especialidad. Objetivo: Sistematizar las evidencias sobre la efectividad de una intervención educativa de enfermería para la integración del paciente con trastorno psiquiátrico a la comunidad.. Metodología: La revisión sistemática de los 8 artículos científicos encontrados que analizaron como tema principal la efectividad de una intervención educativa de enfermería para la integración del paciente psiquiátrico a la familia y comunidad, fueron halladas en la siguiente base de datos, Cochrace, Scielo, PubMed, Medline, todos ellos fueron ubicados según escala grade para identificar su fuerza y calidad de evidencia.
