Quality of work life and its relationship with the job performance of the nursing professional of the emergency service of the San José Hospital, Callao-2023

Abstract

Introduction: Maintaining the quality of life of the nursing professional results in better work performance. Objective: Determine how the quality of work life is related to the work performance of the nursing professional in the emergency service of the San José Hospital, Callao 2023. Method, the present analysis is applied, quantitative and transversal, the census sample it is made up of 70 nurses from the emergency area of the San José del Callao Hospital. Two forms will be applied with the appropriate Likert class range by Milla Florentino for the people in the study, these are reliable and validated to be able to measure the variables. The processing of the Information collected will be carried out in SPSS and finally the hypotheses will be examined by evaluating the Spearman correlation formula according to the qualitative origin of the variables.

Introducción: Conservar la calidad de vida del profesional de enfermería trae como lucro un mejor desempeño laboral. Objetivo: Determinar como la calidad de vida laboralse relaciona con el desempeño en el trabajo de los enfermeros del servicio de emergencia del hospital San José, Callao 2023. Método, el presente análisis es de clase aplicado, cuantitativo y transversal, la muestra censal está conformada por 70 enfermeras/os del área de emergencia del Hospital San José del Callao. Se aplicarán dos formularios con el rango de clase Likert adecuado por Milla Florentino para las personas en estudio, éstas son confiables y están validados para poder medir las variables. El procesamiento de la información recogida se realizará en SPSS y por último las hipótesis se examinarán mediante la evaluación de la fórmula de correlación de Spearman según el origen cualitativo de las variables.
