Conocimiento y práctica sobre el método mamá canguro en las enfermeras de la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales del Hospital de Emergencias de Villa el Salvador, Lima – 2023

Abstract

El proyecto de investigación titulado como “Conocimiento y práctica sobre el método mamá canguro en las enfermeras de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del Hospital de Emergencias de Villa el Salvador, Lima -2023”, tiene por finalidad: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y práctica sobre el método mamá canguro en las enfermeras de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del hospital de Emergencias de Villa el Salvador, Lima -2023. Estudio de investigación de método aplicado, hipotético - deductivo y de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional, no experimental y de corte transversal. Sobre la población a estudiar, fueron incluidos un total de 80 enfermeros que se desempeñan en la mencionada unidad critica. En relación a las técnicas e instrumentos; para medir la primera variable, usará de técnica la encuesta y de instrumento un cuestionario; mientras que, sobre la segunda variable, utilizará de técnica la observación y de instrumento una ficha de observación. Respecto a la validez y confiabilidad de instrumentos; para la primera variable, la validez fue determinada por V. de Aiken con un valor de 0.883, mientras que su confiabilidad fue hallada por Kuder Richardson con un valor de 0.767; en relación a la segunda variable, la validez también fue determinada por V. de Aiken con un valor de 0.883 y su confiabilidad tuvo un valor de 0.7886 por Kuder Richardson.

The present study called “Knowledge and practices about the kangaroo mother method in nursing of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Emergency Hospital of Villa Salvador, Lima -2023”, aims to: Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practices on the kangaroo mother method in the nurses of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Emergency Hospital of Villa Salvador, Lima-2023. Research study of an applied, deductive method and a quantitative approach, of a correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional type. Regarding the study population, a total of 80 nurses who worked in the aforementioned critical unit were included. In relation to the techniques and instruments; to measure the first variable, the survey will be used as a technique and a questionnaire as an instrument; while, regarding the second variable, observation will be used as a technique and an observation sheet as an instrument. Regarding the validity and reliability of the instruments; for the first variable, the validity was determined by V. de Aiken with a value of 0.883, while its reliability was found by Kuder Richardson with a value of 0.767; regarding the second variable, the validity was also determined by V. de Aiken with a value of 0.883 and its reliability had a value of 0.7886 by Kuder Richardson.
