Employee satisfaction is influenced by several factors, including the organizational climate. A satisfied employee will be more motivated to provide high quality services and will perform better, which will have an impact on their work environment and produce the best results. Therefore, the General Objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and its influence on the job satisfaction of the employees of the Parastatal Hospital of Puerto Maldonado, Madre de Dios-2023. Materials and Methods: Hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational and transversal level. The population will consist of 312 collaborators of the Parastatal Hospital of Puerto Maldonado - Madre de Dios 2023 and the sample will be 172 collaborators. A survey/questionnaire will be used to measure these variables. With due validation through Taipe's work in the year 2023, which in turn was validated by expert judges specialized in the area of management and whose reliability will be through Cronbach's alpha test, with values for the first variable of 0.84 and 0.88 for the second variable. The relationship between the two variables will be made with the correlation coefficient of inferential test using Spearman's Rho statistic.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores del Hospital Paraestatal de Puerto Maldonado, Madre de Dios-2023. Material y método: La investigación responde al método hipotético, deductivo, tiene enfoque cuantitativo, es básica, descriptiva, la población que lo constituye hacen un total de 312 colaboradores del hospital paraestatal de Puerto Maldonado, Madre de Dios, de esto se obtuvo una muestra de 172, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento es un cuestionario, la que describe la presentación, instrucciones, características sociodemográficas y el cuestionario denominado cuestionario de satisfacción laboral, se utilizará un instrumento validado a través del trabajo de Taype 2023, se encontró confiabilidad aplicando el coeficiente de confiablidad alfa de Cronbach obteniendo un valor de 0,88 el que indicó excelente confiabilidad. El procesamiento de datos se hizo haciendo uso del paquete estadístico para las ciencias sociales (SPSS) versión 22.0, asimismo se hará el uso del Excel para Windows 2016 en el vaciado de datos de acuerdo a una matriz estructurada como base de datos en relación al instrumento de medición.
