Objectives: To determine the relationship between self-care capacity and healthy lifestyles of patients on hemodialysis therapy at the Nefrovida Lima Center in 2022. Material and methods: Hypothetical deductive, quantitative approach, non-experimental cross-sectional type. Population: 80 patients belonging to the Nefrovida Center, who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Technique and data collection: The survey and the instrument, questionnaire, duly validated, the self-care capacity instrument, was prepared by Cabrera M. in 2013 and revalidated by Ramon Y. in 2019 in Lima-Peru, it has a Cronbach's alpha of the total scale of 0.77. The second healthy lifestyles instrument was prepared by Del Rio R. in 2016, it has a Cronbach's alpha of the total scale of 0.98. This study will be carried out from June to July of this year 2022. It will also comply with the ethical aspects for its execution.
Resumen
Objetivos: Determinar la relación de capacidad de autocuidado y estilos de vida saludables de pacientes en terapia de hemodiálisis en el centro Nefrovida Lima 2022. Material y métodos: Hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo no experimental de corte transversal. Población: 80 pacientes pertenecientes al Centro Nefrovida, que cumplan con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Técnica y recolección de datos: la encuesta y el instrumento, cuestionario, debidamente validados, el instrumento capacidad de autocuidado, fue elaborada por Cabrera M. en el 2013 y revalidada por Ramon Y. en el año 2019 en Lima-Perú, cuenta con alfa de crombach de la escala total de 0.77. El segundo instrumento estilos de vida saludables fue elaborada por del Rio R. en el año 2016, cuenta con alfa de crombach de la escala total de 0.98. El presente estudio se desarrollará en el periodo de Junio a Julio del presente año 2022. Así mismo cumplirá con los aspectos éticos para su ejecución.
