Working conditions and health of the nursing staff of the sterilization center of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, Lima, 2020

Abstract

Objective: Determine the Working and Health Conditions of the Nursing Staff of the Sterilization Center of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, 2020. Material and Method: It has a quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional approach. The result of the study will contribute to making the health institution aware of how it is and what conditions its nursing staff works in a highly complex area such as the sterilization center. In this way proposing improvement policies in order to conserve human resources. The study will have a population of 40 health workers made up of nurses and nursing technicians who work in the sterilization center, proposing inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument to be used is a validated questionnaire on working conditions, safety and health PERU - CENSOPAS/INS. Of which the questions corresponding to the dimensions of working conditions and health will be used, taking into account ethical principles.

Objetivo: Determinar las Condiciones de Trabajo y Salud del Personal de Enfermería de la Central de Esterilización del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, 2020. Material y Método: Tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal. El resultado del estudio contribuirá en dar a conocer a la institución de salud como se encuentra y qué condiciones labora su personal de enfermería en un área de alta complejidad como es la central de esterilización. Proponiendo de este modo políticas de mejora con el fin de conservar el recurso humano. El estudio contará con una población de 40 trabajadores de salud compuesto por enfermeras y técnicos de enfermería que laboran en la central de esterilización planteando criterios de inclusión y exclusión. El instrumento a utilizar es un cuestionario validado sobre condiciones de trabajo, seguridad y salud PERU - CENSOPAS/INS. Del cual se utilizará las preguntas correspondientes a las dimensiones de condiciones de trabajo y salud teniendo en cuenta los principios éticos.
