Burnout syndrome in surgical center nurses of the María Auxiliadora National Hospital in times of COVID - 2020

Abstract

Objective: Identify the level of Burnout syndrome in nursing staff at the surgical center of the María Auxiliadora national hospital in times of covid and the specific objectives will be to measure the level of Burnout syndrome in its dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment. materials and methods: this study has a quantitative design, a descriptive and cross-sectional method will be used. The population is made up of 32 nursing professionals, specialists who work in the area of ​​surgery, who work in the surgical center of the María Auxiliadora National Hospital. The participants were selected taking into account the inclusion criteria of professionals who agree to participate in the research voluntarily, nurses who work in the surgical area, nurses, and exclusions of professionals from other careers, professionals who work in other areas.

Objetivo: Identificar el nivel de sndrome de Burnout en personal de enfermera de centro quirrgico del hospital nacional mara auxiliadora en tiempos de covid y los objetivos especficos sern medir el nivel de sndrome Burnout en sus dimensiones agotamiento emocional, despersonalizacin y realizacin personal. materiales y mtodos: este estudio tiene un diseo cuantitativo, se usar un mtodo descriptivo y de corte transversal. la poblacin est integrada por 32 profesionales de enfermera, especialistas que laboran en rea de ciruga, que labora en el centro quirrgico del hospital nacional mara auxiliadora. los participantes fueron seleccionados teniendo en cuenta los criterios de inclusin a profesionales que acepten participar en la investigacin voluntariamente, enfermeros que trabajen en el rea quirrgica, enfermeros(as) y exclusiones a los profesionales de otras carreras, profesionales trabajen en otras reas.
