Resumen
The patient who suffers from deficiency in kidney functions at a chronic level, faces several challenges that will change his life on a personal and social level, with the treatment of hemodialysis, and other procedures designed to control their illness, which are complex, but which consequently alter the patient at a physical and psychological level, clearly affecting their quality of life. This is why this research project will be developed with the objective of determining the relationship between self-care and the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease in the hemodialysis unit of a clinic in Lima - 2022. The work is developed through a quantitative descriptive methodology of cross-sectional experimental design with a hypothetical deductive method. The study population and sample will consist of a total of 80 patients from the hemodialysis unit of a private clinic in Lima. As a data collection technique and instrument: a questionnaire will be used to evaluate self-care and another to measure quality of life. In resolving the results, the data obtained from the sample will be analyzed and designed in Excel, through the SPSS 25.0 program, which will synthesize the results and provide tables and graphs to be able to interpret them and provide the conclusions and recommendations of the case.
Resumen
El paciente que padecer de la deficiencia en las funciones de sus riñones en un nivel crónico, se enfrenta a varios retos que van a cambiar su vida a nivel personal y social, con el tratamiento de la hemodiálisis, y otros procedimientos diseñados para el control de su enfermedad, los cuales son complejos, pero que en su consecuencia alteran al paciente aun nivel físico y psicológico afectando claramente su calidad de vida es por ello que el presente trabajo proyecto de investigación se desarrollará con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el autocuidado y la calidad de vida de los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en la unidad de hemodiálisis de una clínica de Lima – 2022. El trabajo se desarrolla mediante una metodología descriptiva cuantitativa de diseño ni experimental de corte transversal con un método hipotético deductivo. La población y muestra del estudio estará conformada por un total de 80 pacientes de la unidad de hemodiálisis de una clínica privada de Lima. Como técnica e instrumento de recolección de datos: se utilizará un cuestionario para evaluar el autocuidado y otro para medir la calidad de vida. En la resolución de los resultados se procederá con el análisis de la data obtenida de la muestra y diseñando en Excel, a través del programa SPSS 25.0, el cual sintetizará los resultados y brindará cuadros y gráficos para poder interpretarlo y brindar las conclusiones y recomendaciones del caso.
