Occupational risks and quality of life of the nurse in the emergency area of a hospital in Chincha, Ica - 2024

Abstract

This research aims to: Establish the relationship between occupational risks and the quality of life of the nurse in the emergency area of a hospital in Chincha, Ica region in the year 2024. Methodology: The research method is hypothetical deductive, approach quantitative, applied type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational level. Population: It will be made up of 80 nursing professionals from the health establishment. Data collection techniques and instruments: As for the technique, the survey will be used and as for the instruments, a questionnaire will be applied that will measure occupational risks and another that will measure the quality of professional life. Data processing will be carried out using Excel and SPSS version 25 programs; The analysis and interpretation of the data obtained will be carried out. Finally, the Spearman coefficient will be performed to determine the relationship between both variables.

Esta investigación tiene como Objetivo: Establecer la relación que existente entre los riesgos laborales y la calidad de vida del enfermero en el área de emergencia de un hospital de Chincha, región Ica el año 2024. Metodología: El método de investigación es hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicado, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y nivel correlacional. Población: Estará conformada por 80 profesionales de enfermería del establecimiento de salud. Técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos: En cuanto a la técnica se empleará la encuesta y en cuanto a los instrumentos se aplicarán un cuestionario que medirá los riesgos laborales y otro que medirá la calidad de vida profesional. El procesamiento de datos se realizará utilizando los programas Excel y SPSS versión 25; se realizará el análisis e interpretación de los datos obtenidos. Finalmente, se realizará el coeficiente de Spearman para determinar la relación entre ambas variables.
