Patient safety and quality of care of the nursing professional in emergencies of a hospital in central Lima-2023

Abstract

The present investigation will be carried out with the objective of: "Determining the relationship between patient safety and quality of care of the nursing professional in emergencies of a Hospital in Lima Center-2023" Materials and Methods: the present investigation will be carried out according to the method hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, cross-sectional, non-experimental and correlational approach, which will allow obtaining expected results in accordance with the proposed objectives. The population will be made up of 80 nurses. To measure the two variables, the technique to be used will be the survey and the observation with two questionnaires as instruments respectively, the same ones that will be validated by the work of Laura and Astete 2021, whose reliability will be estimated by means of Cronbach's Alpha test, receiving a value of 0.860 for variable 1, and 0.952 for variable 2. Using Excel and the statistical software (SPSS) and to statistically analyze the relationship between the two significant variables, Spearman's Rho will be used.

La presente investigación se realizará con el objetivo de: “Determinar la relación entre la seguridad del paciente y calidad de cuidado del profesional de enfermería en emergencias de un Hospital de Lima Centro-2023” Materiales y Métodos: la presente investigación se realizará de acuerdo método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, transversal, no experimental y de alcance correlacional, la cual permitirá obtener resultados esperados de acuerdo con los objetivos planteados. La población estará conformada por 80 enfermeros (as). Para medir las dos variables la técnica a utilizarse será la encuesta y la observación con dos cuestionarios como instrumentos respectivamente, los mismos que serán validados por el trabajo de Laura y Astete 2021, cuya confiabilidad será estimada mediante la prueba de Alpha de Cronbach, recibiendo un valor de 0,860 para la variable 1, y de 0,952 para la variable 2. Utilizando Excel y el software estadístico (SPSS) y para analizar estadísticamente la relación entre las dos variables significativas, se utilizará la Rho de Spearman
