Knowledge about biosafety measures and practice in the nursing professional of the sterilization central service of a hospital in Lima, 2023

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between knowledge about biosafety measures and practice in the nursing professional of the sterilization center service of a hospital in Lima, 2023. Method and materials: quantitative, correlational and non-experimental nature, using a hypothetical deductive method. The population 80 of the nursing professional of the sterilization center service of a Hospital in Lima. For the first variable, a survey will be carried out in the form of a questionnaire, while for variable 2, a verification sheet of the practice of both instruments from the work of Cuzcano 2023 who validated the instruments by three specialists who rated 0.94 for the variable 1, a value of 0.88 in variable 2. Regarding the reliability of the instrument, the Kuder Richardson test for the first variable (alpha = 0.75) and the Kr coefficient (20) for the second variable (alpha = 0.86). As a result, descriptive and inferential statistics will be performed with an SPSS 20 statistic that exceeds 0.05. Spearman's Rho will be used to statistically analyze the relationship between the two key variables.

Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación entre el conocimiento sobre medidas de bioseguridad y práctica en el profesional de enfermería del servicio de la central de esterilización de un hospital de Lima, 2023. Método y materiales: naturaleza cuantitativa, correlacional y no experimental, utilizando un método deductivo hipotético. La población 80 profesionales de enfermería, del servicio de la central de esterilización de un Hospital de Lima. Para la primera variable, se realizará una encuesta en forma de cuestionario, para la segunda una ficha de verificación de la práctica; ambos instrumentos de parte del trabajo de Cuzcano 2023, quien validó los instrumentos por tres especialistas, que valoraron con 0.94 para la variable 1 y con 0,88 para la variable 2. Respecto a lo confiable del instrumento, la prueba de Kuder Richardson para la primera variable (alfa = 0,75) y el coeficiente Kr (20) para la segunda variable (alfa = 0,86). Como resultado, se realizarán estadísticas descriptivas e inferenciales con un estadístico SPSS que supere los 0.05. Se utilizará la Rho de Spearman para analizar estadísticamente la relación entre las dos variables clave.
