Family support and adherence to treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis attending cap iii luis negreiros vega del Callao, 2021

Abstract

This research work will be carried out within the scope of nursing in family and community health. In this line, the variable of family support in people affected by tuberculosis will be explored in depth, especially due to the level of incidence that this problem has in the Peruvian population, a situation that requires nursing professionals to take action for the care, guidance and promotion of the effective participation of the family, providing their support to people who suffer from tuberculosis to reduce the risk of abandoning treatment and directing them towards improvement and recovery.

Objective: to determine the relationship between family support and adherence to treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who attend CAP III Luis Negreiros Vega del Callao, 2021

Materials and methods: the approach that will be followed is quantitative, the type of research will be basic, with a descriptive-correlational scope and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample that will participate will be 68 patients. The technique will be the survey and the instrument will be the questionnaire for the two study variables.

"Este trabajo de investigación se llevará a cabo dentro del ámbito de la enfermería en salud familiar y comunitaria. en esa línea, se profundizará en la variable apoyo familiar en personas afectadas por tuberculosis, especialmente por el nivel de incidencia que tiene esta problemática en la población peruana, situación que exige a los profesionales de enfermería tomar acciones para la atención, guía y promoción de la participación efectiva de la familia, brindando su apoyo a las personas que sufren de tuberculosis para reducir el riesgo de abandono al tratamiento y encaminarlo hacia la mejora y recuperación. Objetivo: determinar cuál es la relación entre apoyo familiar y la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar que acuden al CAP III Luis Negreiros Vega del Callao, 2021 Materiales y métodos: el enfoque que se seguirá es cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación será básica, con alcance descriptivo-correlacional y diseño no experimental, transeccional. la muestra que participará será de 68 pacientes. la técnica será la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario para las dos variables de estudio."
