Organizational climate and job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the sterilization center of a hospital Puno, 2023

Abstract

The objective of this research will be to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the Sterilization Center of a hospital in Puno, 2023. Methodology: hypothetical-deductive method, type of applied research, non-experimental design, correlational, and transversal level. Population: there will be 50 nursing professionals who work in the Sterilization Center of a hospital in Puno. Sample: It will be made up of 50 nurses. The survey technique and instruments will be used: Organizational Climate Inventory and Job Satisfaction Questionnaire for Health Professionals, created by psychologist Sonia Palma Carrillo. Data processing and analysis: The Excel spreadsheet and SPSS statistical software will be used to process the results obtained and Spearman's Rho statistic will be used to analyze the relationship between both study variables.

El objetivo de la presente investigación será determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería en la central de esterilización de un hospital d puno, 2023. Metodología: método hipotético-deductivo, tipo de investigación aplicada, diseño no experimental, nivel correlacional, y transversal. Población será de 50 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en la central de esterilización de un hospital de puno. Muestra: estará conformada de 50 enfermeras. Se usará la técnica de la encuesta y los instrumentos: inventario de clima organizacional y cuestionario de satisfacción laboral de los profesionales de salud, creado por la psicóloga Sonia Palma Carrillo. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: se utilizara la hoja de cálculo Excel y el software estadístico SPSS, para procesar los resultados que se obtengan y se utilizara el estadístico Rho de Spearman para hacer el análisis de la relación entre ambas variables de estudio.
