Quality of nursing care in the newborn and its relationship with the level of satisfaction of the mothers of the neonatology service of the Jorge Voto Bernales Hospital, Lima 2022.

Abstract

To determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care in newborns and its relationship with the level of satisfaction of mothers with the neonatology service of the Jorge Voto Bernales Hospital - Lima 2022. Material and method: This is a descriptive method study, with a non-experimental design, of a correlational type. The population will be made up of 100 mothers who were cared for in the neonatology unit - rooming-in at the Jorge Voto Bernales Hospital during the months of October to December 2021. For Quality of Nursing Care, which is the independent variable, it will be evaluated with a 16-question questionnaire, while for the dependent variable, Mothers' satisfaction, a questionnaire consisting of 40 questions, also known as the CARE-Q instrument, will be applied. Both instruments have been validated in previous studies and adapted to be applied to newborns.

Determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería en el neonato y su relación con el nivel de satisfacción de las madres del servicio de neonatología del hospital Jorge Voto Bernales- Lima 2022. Material y método: Se trata de un estudio de método descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental, de tipo correlacional. la población estará conformada por 100 madres que atendidas en la unidad de neonatología- alojamiento conjunto en el Hospital Jorge Voto Bernales durante los meses de Octubre a Diciembre 2021 Para Calidad del cuidado Enfermero que es la variable independiente, se evaluará con un cuestionario de 16 preguntas, mientras que para la variable dependiente Satisfacción de las madres se aplicara un cuestionario que consta de 40 preguntas, también conocido como instrumento CARE-Q. Ambos instrumentos han sido validados en estudios anteriores y adaptados para ser aplicados en neonatos.
