Humanized nursing care and user satisfaction in the emergency service of the Clínica Internacional, Lima - 2023

Abstract

Objective: "To determine how humanized nursing care is related to user satisfaction in the emergency service." Methods: applied research, quantitative approach, correlational, nonexperimental cross-sectional design. Finite population, census sample and intentional nonprobabilistic sampling since all users who are treated in the emergency service of the San Borja International Clinic at the time the questionnaire is executed will be chosen. The technique used will be the survey, for the first variable the questionnaire "Perception of humanized nursing care behaviors" PCHE version 3 by the author Chávez M, whose reliability is 0.816 in Cronbach's Alpha and for the second variable the questionnaire " Satisfaction of the user treated in the emergency service" by the author López A, whose reliability is 0.727 in Cronbach's Alpha, both instruments validated through expert judgment. The data obtained will be processed in databases and SPSS 26 software, the hypothesis verification will be carried out with Spearman's Rho coefficient.

Objetivo: “Determinar como el cuidado humanizado de enfermería se relaciona con la satisfacción del usuario en el servicio de emergencia”. Métodos: investigación tipo aplicada, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño correlacional, no experimental de corte transversal. Población finita, muestra censal y muestreo no probabilístico de tipo intencional ya que, se elegirán a todos los usuarios que se atiendan en el servicio de emergencia de la Clínica Internacional sede San Borja en el momento que se ejecute el cuestionario. La técnica empleada será la encuesta, para la primera variable el cuestionario “Percepción de comportamientos de cuidado humanizado de enfermería” PCHE versión 3 de la autora Chávez M, cuya confiabilidad es de 0,816 en el Alfa de Cronbach y para la segunda variable el cuestionario “Satisfacción del usuario atendido en el servicio de emergencia” de la autora López A, cuya confiabilidad es de 0,727 en el Alfa de Cronbach, ambos instrumentos validados a través de juicio de expertos. Los datos obtenidos se procesarán en bases de datos y software SPSS 26, la probación de hipótesis se llevará a cabo con el coeficiente Rho de Spearman.
