Burnout syndrome and quality of life of the nursing professional in the intensive care service of the Sergio Bernales hospital, Lima 2022.

Abstract

The objective of the study is: "To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and the quality of life of nursing professionals in the intensive care service of the Sergio Bernales Hospital, Lima 2022". Likewise, the hypothetical deductive research method will be used, with a quantitative approach, the correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The population and sample: the population is made up of 80 nursing professionals, the sample will be census, so no statistical formula will be applied, for the statistical analysis the Microsoft Excel program will be used, then the SPPS version 26, the results will be shown in tables and / or graphs. For the hypothesis test, the non-parametric chi square test will be applied, which seeks to relate two variables.

El estudio tiene como Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y la calidad de vida del Enfermería en el servicio de cuidados intensivos del hospital Sergio Bernales, Lima 2022”. Asimismo, se utilizará el método de investigación método hipotético deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño correlacional, no experimental y de corte transversal. la población y muestra: la población está conformada por 80 Enfermería, la muestra será censal, por lo que no se aplicará formula estadística, para el análisis estadístico se utilizará el programa Microsoft Excel, luego el SPPS versión 26, los resultados se mostrarán en tablas y/o gráficos. Para la prueba de hipótesis se aplicará la prueba no paramétrica chi cuadrado que busca relacionar dos variables.
