Level of knowledge in cerebrovascular accidents and its relationship with nursing care in patients of the emergency service in a public hospital of Amazonas, 2023

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of cerebrovascular accidents and nursing care in patients of the Emergency Department of a Hospital in Amazonas, 2023. Materials and Methods: An applied, hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional research will be conducted. Taking into account the population of 80 nurses working in the Emergency Department of a Public Hospital. To measure the two variables, the survey/questionnaire for the first variable and the observation/observation record for the second variable will be used as techniques and instruments. The instruments were validated by Izaguirre's research in 2019 and Dioses in 2020 in Peru, and the validation of both instruments was evaluated by experts with a score of 0.029. In addition, Cronbach's Alpha test was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire instrument; each instrument received a value of 0.863 for V1 and 0.854 for V2, respectively. For data processing, a matrix table will be created and all collected information will be coded. In addition, Excel will be used to calculate and statistically analyze the data, as well as the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) statistical software. Spearman's Rho will be used to statistically analyze the relationship between the two significant variables.

La presente investigación tiene como Objetivo General: Determinar cómo se relacionan el nivel de conocimientos en accidentes cerebro vasculares y el cuidado enfermero en pacientes del Servicio de Emergencias de un Hospital Público, 2023. Materiales y Métodos: Se seguirá una investigación de tipo aplicada, hipotética-deductiva, cuantitativa, no experimental, correlacional y corte transversal. Tomando en cuenta como población de 80 enfermeros que laboran en el servicio de Emergencias en un Hospital público de Amazonas. Para medir las dos variables se utilizarán como técnicas e instrumentos, la encuesta/cuestionario para la primera variable y la observación/ficha de observación para la segunda variable. Los instrumentos fueron validados por las investigaciones de Izaguirre en 2019 y Dioses en 2020 en Perú, y la validación de ambos instrumentos fue evaluada por expertos con un resultado de 0.029. Además, se utilizó la prueba de Alpha de Cronbach para evaluar la confiabilidad del instrumento de cuestionario; cada instrumento recibió un valor de 0,863 para la V1 y 0,854 para la V2, respectivamente. Para el procesamiento de los datos se creará una tabla matriz y se codificará toda la información recopilada. Además, se utilizará Excel para calcular y analizar estadísticamente los datos, así como el programa estadístico Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). La Rho de Spearman se utilizará para analizar estadísticamente la relación entre las dos variables significativas.
