Quality of nursing care and user satisfaction of the Sisol Salud Camaná institution, Lima - 2022.

Abstract

Methodology: The method that will follow the present scientific research will be the deductive, cross-sectional, quantitative approach, applied type and non-experimental, correlational design. The population will be made up of 80 users who go to the emergency service of the SISOL institution. Techniques and Instruments for Data Collection: the technique that will be used to collect data from the selected sample will be the survey and the instruments with a Likert scale that allow the study of the selected study variables. Both instruments have validation and reliability. Statistical analysis: the analysis that will be used will be of two types, the first of a descriptive nature and the second of an inferential nature.

Metodología: El método que seguirá la presente investigación científica será el deductivo, de corte transversal, enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado y diseño no experimental, correlacional. la población estará conformada por 80 usuarios que acuden al servicio de emergencia de la institución SISOL. Técnicas e Instrumentos de Recogida de Datos: la técnica que se empleará para recolectar datos de la muestra seleccionada será la encuesta y los instrumentos con escala de Likert que permitan estudiar las variables de estudio seleccionadas. Ambos instrumentos poseen validación y confiabilidad. Análisis estadístico: el análisis que se empleará será de dos tipos, la primera de carácter descriptivo y la segunda de carácter inferencial.
