Occupational risk and its relationship with occupational accidents of the nursing professional of the surgical center service of a clinic in Lima - 2024

Abstract

General objective: To determine the relationship between occupational risk and occupational accidents among nurses at the Surgical Center of the Clinical of Lima-Peru, 2024. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional, quantitative, non-experimental and correlational research design will be used for this study, together with an applied technique. Population of 80 participants from the nursing staff working in the surgical center service of the Clinical of Lima-Peru. For both variables, the instruments devised and used by the researcher Tume (2021) will be considered, both validated by three expert judgments, with a Cronbach's Alpha validation coefficient of 0.811, for the first variable and Cronbach's Alpha validation of 0.9, for the second variable and reliability with a Cronbach's Alpha validation coefficient of 0.811, for the first variable and Cronbach's Alpha validation of 0.9, for the second variable. Microsoft Excel 2019 will be used to digitize the collected data before exporting and processing them for analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics. The Rho Spearman coefficient statistical test will be applied to determine the degree of correlation of the variables.

Objetivo general: Determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre el riesgo ocupacional y los accidentes laborales del profesional de enfermería del servicio del Centro Quirúrgico de una Clínica de Lima 2024. Materiales y Métodos: Este estudio utilizará un diseño de investigación transversal, cuantitativo, no experimental y correlacional, también se utilizará una técnica aplicada. Un grupo de 80 enfermeros que están participando en el servicio quirúrgico de una Clínica de Lima. Para ambas variables se considerarán los instrumentos ideados y utilizados por el investigador Tume (2021), ambos validados por tres juicios de expertos, con un coeficiente de validación de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.811, para la primera variable y validación de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.9, para la segunda variable y confiabilidad Con un coeficiente de validación de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.811, para la primera variable y validación de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.9, para la segunda variable. Se utilizará Microsoft Excel 2019 para digitalizar los datos recogidos antes de exportarlos y procesarlos para su análisis utilizando estadísticas descriptivas e inferenciales. Se aplicará la prueba estadística del coeficiente Rho Spearman para determinar el estado de relación entre variables estudiadas.
