Organizational climate and patient safety culture in the emergency area of a hospital in Lima, 2023

Abstract

The study aims to determine what relationship exists between the organizational climate and the patient safety culture of the emergency area of a Hospital in Lima, 2023. The methodology: the study will work with a non-experimental design using a applied descriptive level, with a quantitative approach, with the participation of 70 nursing professionals, using two questionnaires for data collection, which has been verified in terms of reliability and validity, for the application of these instruments will take about 25 minutes per participant, where the data collection will be coded and reflected in a database that will be analyzed by statistical methods both descriptive with the elaboration of tables and figures and inferential for the verification of the hypothesis through the statistical test of Spearman's Rho considering a confidence of 95%, with which it will be possible to conclude and provide the recommendations of the case.

El estudio tiene como objetivo, determinar qué relación existe entre el clima organizacional y la cultura de seguridad del paciente del área de emergencia de un Hospital de Lima, 2023. La metodología: el estudio trabajará con un diseño no experimental utilizando un nivel descriptivo de tipo aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, con la participación de 70 profesionales de enfermería, utilizando dos cuestionarios para la recolección de los datos, los cuales se ha verificado en cuanto a confiabilidad y validez, para la aplicación de dichos instrumentos se tomara cerca de 25 minutos por participantes, donde la recolección de datos será codificada y plasmada en una base de datos que será analizada por métodos estadísticos tanto descriptivos con la elaboración de cuadros y figuras como inferencial para la comprobación de la hipótesis a través de la prueba estadística de Rho de Spearman considerando una confianza del 95%, con lo cual se podrá concluir y brindar las recomendaciones del caso
