Relationship of working conditions and work stress of nursing staff at the Hipólito Unanue - El Agustino national hospital, 2022.

Abstract

Methods: This research has a quantitative approach, is correlational and has a non-experimental design. The population and census sample that will participate in the research are the nursing staff working at the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital in the El Agustino district during the year 2022. The technique to be applied is the survey using two instruments previously validated for both variables. The working conditions variable will be measured through the Nursing Working Conditions Self-Assessment Questionnaire, which was developed by Juan Carlos García Ubaque and associates, who verified the reliability with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.91. To measure the Work Stress variable, the Nursing Stress Scale instrument will be used, developed by Gray-Toft and Anderson and later adapted to Spanish by Mas and Escriba with an internal consistency reliability of the scale of 0.79 Spearman-Brown.

Metodos: esta investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional y de diseño no experimental. la población y muestra censal que participará en la investigación son el personal de enfermería que laboran en el Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue del distrito de El Agustino durante el año 2022. la técnica a aplicar es la encuesta mediante dos instrumentos previamente validados para ambas variables. la variable condiciones laborales se medirá a través del cuestionario Autoevaluación de Condiciones de Trabajo de Enfermería, el cual fue elaborado por Juan Carlos García Ubaque y asociados, quienes comprobaron la confiabilidad con un alfa de Cronbach de 0.91. Para medir la variable Estrés Laboral se utilizará el instrumento The Nursing Stress Scale, elaborada por Gray-Toft y Anderson y adaptada posteriormente al español por Mas y Escriba con una confiabilidad de consistencia interna de la escala de 0.79 Spearman-Brown.
