Nivel del síndrome de burnout en el personal de enfermería de la unidad de cuidados intensivos del hospital regional de Huacho – 2021

Abstract

El estudio será de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptiva y de diseño transversal, no experimental y descriptivo básico. la muestra del estudio estará conformada por 46 enfermeros de ambos géneros del servicio UCI. en la técnica de relevamiento de data se aplicará la encuesta telefónica, ejecutada en un solo momento, mediante cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), para la variable del nivel de síndrome de burnout. El relevamiento de la data obtenida se efectuará por un periodo de 01 mes. Una vez recogida la data, se volcará en una plantilla del programa Microsoft Excel para su ordenamiento y revisión de los estándares de calidad, posteriormente se exportará para realizar su análisis en el software estadístico SPSS 24.0. Para la evaluación descriptiva se desarrollarán tablas de frecuencia, medidas de tendencia central y representación de graficas.

The study will be quantitative in approach, descriptive type and of transversal, non-experimental and basic descriptive design. The study sample will consist of 46 male and female nurses from the ICU service. In the data collection technique, a telephone survey will be applied, executed at a single time, using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire, for the variable of the burnout syndrome level. The collection of the data obtained will be carried out for a period of 01 month. Once the data is collected, it will be dumped into a Microsoft Excel template for its organization and review of quality standards, then it will be exported to carry out its analysis in the SPSS 24.0 statistical software. For the descriptive evaluation, frequency tables, central tendency measures and graphic representation will be developed.
