Resumen
The following research aims to determine the relationship that exists between the level of work stress and lifestyle in nursing staff who work in emergencies in a national hospital 2022; The study has a quantitative approach, the method will be hypothetical-deductive, of a descriptive correlational type and a non-experimental design; The total sample is 79 nursing professionals who work in the emergency service of a national hospital in 2022, who participated through two instruments: a 22-item questionnaire for the work stress variable and another with 47 items for lifestyle. The results will be obtained through these two instruments, which will be processed, coded and entered into the database designed in Excel. Likewise, the results obtained will be analyzed and synthesized and subsequently sent to the statistical software SPSS Version 25 for processing - analysis. of data; which will allow us to have both descriptive and inferential results.
Resumen
La siguiente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de estrés laboral y estilo de vida en el personal de enfermería que labora en emergencias en un hospital nacional 2022; el estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, el método será hipotético-deductivo, de tipo descriptiva correlacional y un diseño no experimental; la muestra total es de 79 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en el servicio de emergencia de un hospital nacional 2022, lo cual participaron mediante dos instrumentos: un cuestionario de 22 ítems para la variable estrés laboral y otro de 47 ítems para estilo de vida. Los resultados se obtendrán a través de estos dos instrumentos, los cuales serán procesados, codificados e ingresarán a la base de datos diseñada en Excel, asimismo los resultados obtenidos serán analizados y sintetizados posteriormente serán enviados al software estadístico SPSS Versión 25 para su proceso - análisis de datos; lo cual nos permitirá tener resultados tantos descriptivos como inferenciales.
